Lovely steak house in sparks. Our waiter was attentive, the food was spectacular and they have little touches that elevate the experience: gelato for a palette cleaner, complimentary photos. I had a nice evening

This is my families favorite steakhouse, we've been going here for years and there's never a bad meal or bad time had here. Personally, the sorbet with champagne is always my favorite part of my meal, the pallet cleanser. This place is perfect for any occasion, birthday, anniversary, business dealings or just to celebrate life with a good meal. The staff is always on top of it and knowledgeable. The place is romantic and intimate but also a solid place to bring a decent sized group of friends too. Class act of a place and the best steakhouse in my opinion. The chefs here know what they're cookin up! We will always come back here for more!

Came here with my wife. Food was great! We had the mushroom raviolis and prime rib. Also the crab cake for the appetizer was amazing. Vegetables were seasoned perfectly. We also ordered the gelato sampler. Please be prepared because that dessert was good for at least 3-4 people. Service was wonderful and the place was nice and clean.

Scrumptious tomahawk. We always enjoy it here. They always provide a complimentary photo as well. Hint.. we tried to make reservations the day of (they don't open till 4). Website said they had no openings. I called and they had plenty. Don't let that deter you!

So happy to have finally tried this steakhouse out! If I had the option to, I would give this place 4.5/5 stars. I would definitely recommend others to try out this place if you're looking for a steakhouse in town! I would say the best part of this entire dining experience was the service. From beginning to end, the staff were very welcoming and professional! I highly recommend making a reservation online. We were seated right away upon checking in. I love how secluded the ambiance feels with being located in a casino. Seating are these curved booths (and for bigger parties, longer tables spilt with booths and chairs) and warm lighting - definitely a wined down and relaxed environment that we love! We were checked on multiple times throughout the visit by different employees. They also give you a free complimentary picture of your party and it is placed in a frame with a custom message on the inside (this is one of the ways this makes this steakhouse unique compared to others!) Their menu is completely on an iPad. One improvement would be that we wished the menu said that the prime rib came with sides and what the sides are. It was hard to catch on to all of the sides when our waiter was listing it. 12 oz Prime Rib Blackened Prime Rib w/ Whiskey Butter |8/10 - the portion size and thickness was immense for a prime rib! 12 oz Regular Cut Prime Rib |9/10 - again the portion size and thickness was immense. I did prefer this style of prime rib compared to the blackened one with whiskey butter. I would get this again if I were to come back Bacon Wrapped Deep Sea Scallops | 7/10 - the scallops were a little salty in our opinion Spicy Mango Cooler Mocktail |9/10 - not a cocktail girl but definitely a mocktail one! I'm glad they had a section of mocktails. This mango one was delicious. Would get again! Cherry Crumb Cheesecake | 7/10 - such a big portion of cheesecake! Nothing too special with this dessert but of course had to end the night with a sweet tooth So many complimentary treats during this meal! Of course they have the photograph and custom frame as said before. They give you a hunk of a bread basket with two different types of butter. The sourdough was our favorite. You get the choice of their daily soup or salad (nothing too special with these dishes). You then get a palette cleanser before the entree. When we went, we were given the pineapple sorbet which was delicious. It reminded me of the dole whip from Disneyland. Then to finish it all off, we were given two caramel filled chocolates and hot towels. All of these complimentary treats made the experience memorable.

9/17/2024- Here today to pay tribute to my ex..(RIP).. as today is his birthday.. Lucky that we got our favorite server Phuong.. Appetizer is always the zucchini planks.. simple but delish.. Went with the macadamia sea bass and the mixed trio.. A joyous night to remember the good times ! Next time I'll make my boys attend..

We had a stunning meal at WV Steak House to celebrate a recent milestone Bday for Hubby. Service, setting and food were all impeccable. Exactly what we've come to expect at the Steak House and that same standard has endured for years. We were a party of 4 on a Saturday night with a reservation. We were greeted and seated promptly at our table that had a special bday notecard and offered a commemorative photo, something I had forgotten was still offered. Such a wonderful memento of a special bday! Honestly, not a *single* complaint about an of the items we tried. We had the app sampler and creme brulee cheesecake for sharing, all were perfection! Hubby had the ribeye, I had a spring specialty, pork chop & pork belly, my SIL had chicken picatta and my BIL had prime rib. All the dishes were prepared to our liking and the sides were amazing. Deserts finished off the night, a decadent chocolate slice for the bday boy and croissant caramel bread pudding that blew our minds. Class, elegance and attention to detail from staff that treats you like a VIP guests is what makes any meal at Western Village feel like a special occasion.

This place is Amazing!!! We decided to come up here and finally see what is going on and we were pleasantly surprised!! I ordered a California Merlot wine and hub ordered a White linen mocktail that he just loved!! We are not big eaters, so we decided to split a 12 oz filet, which came with veggies and potato. Also you can get soup or salad. We chose soup which was lobster bisque that day. The food started arriving and they split everything perfectly for us both with no split plate charge. It was an amazing effort from our server Cheyenne. This level of service is so above and beyond...the food was delicious.. so good I forgot to take a picture of the split entree where we got our own potato toppings, our own peppercorn sauce add on and the baked potato split perfectly in two...they even gave us a sorbet palette cleanser for us both. This place is amazing and I will definitely be back!!!

Another First Class dinner at the Western Village Steakhouse. It is the best in Reno (Sparks, but you know what I mean) in my opinion. Everything was prepared perfectly. The service was spot on from the Server to her assistants. Everyone was attentive, but not too attentive if you know what I mean. This is fine dining at its best. We had the Scallops as well as a crab cake as appetizers. Since there were four of us she had the kitchen add an extra scallop to the appetizer so that each of us could have one as there are only three. They were wrapped in bacon and prepared PERFECTLY! Unfortunately I did not get a picture of them or the crab cake. We should have ordered two of those as there is only one served with that appetizer. It was delicious as well. The filets that came with the Filet Oscar and my 12oz Filet Mignon were prepared to perfection. The hunk of crab leg on top looked plump and juicy. I will opt for that next time. The Bernaise sauce that came with my Filet was delicious. All the deserts were scrumptious. We had the Carrot Cake, the Cheesecake and the Lemony thing with the Sorbet that I had. We left full and satisfied. We come here for every special occasion.
